Commonwealth games-Will god help?

In India after two months i.e. in october Commonwealth games will start, but till now stadiums are not ready.The Government is saying that they will complete all the stadiums but story is different.When we goto see the stadium they were looking complete from outside but inside there was mess,nothing was complete.The stadiums that have been completed also are not of good quality ,as after first rain all the ceiling start leakaging.Latest incident was that a Indian Swimmer girl get heself hurt while walking inside the stadim because the Tiles broke out when she kept her leg on it.As this tournament will show the status of the country and i can surely say that the impression will be bad.
